I liked the details, like stuff and location, they where excellant. The room I booked was cleaned and available with twin beds, great facilities, a terrace.

Everything was good, enjoyed our REALLY GREAT stay. The staff was welcoming, kind with every request.

Sincerely, it was a good stay on time and so frequent.

Our favorite place to stay in Serris. It has brilliant, stunning setting, close enough to restaurants as well as Paris.

Everything was very good, this hotel had pleasant staff and incredible location. Booked studio suite, had an absolutely amazing stay at an ideal location for Disneyland Paris. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was clean.

The venue is really pretty and straightforward with attentive staff. Really nice restaurant and excellent service.

Spotless hotel with perfect location in Serris really close to the shopping center and Disney Parks and shops, restaurants.

Contemporary hotel with free wi-fi, the location was unbeatable close to Disney parks. Brand-new and well-organised rooms with private bathrooms and a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The staff there was competent, the location was peaceful. A short walk to the wonderful beach. Btw, went to city centre, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Property is attractive and clean, breakfast is gorgeous!

Cheap and exceptionally clean venue, good for celebrating birthday. I appreciated the room and its great decor.

We appreciated this place, it has very good location and cleanliness. It was great to have a coffee machine in the lobby. Particularly nice views, very clean pool, paid parking.

Neat space and incredibly nice breakfast. Extremely helpful staff and quick to respond. There were utensils and cutlery in the soundproof room. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great. The snack bar was fantastic and the drinks were signature.

Exceptional location of the hotel, functional rooms and absolutely kind staff. Cereals, eggs and bacon they served for breakfast were lovely. Free bus was provided here too. And I appreciated the proximity to a supermarket and stores in Serris. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was exceptional.

every detail was fabulous, such as staff and location. location short walk to disneyland, the disney park. furthermore, the hotel was within walking distance of la vallee village outlet mall.

Views were ugly, and the bathroom was way too small.

Well-kept hotel, exceptionally comfortable bed, great breakfast. The room was protected with free safe. A kind of fantastic service. The beach was good.

The place was suitable, no complaints, would definitely recommend. Favourable location to Sea Life Aquarium.

Check in was simple, I loved absolute perfect location and clean rooms. The staff was excellent, I stayed for 3 nights. Marvellous view, a large balcony, nice bed, too. Nice variety of eggs, cereal and bacon for breakfast.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

We loved our huge rooms and the staff was accommodating. Satisfactory breakfast, friendly service. Tried some takeout specials at Subway, luckily it was not too far away from the venue. The pool was brilliant.

The staff was all especially nice, and the room was well priced. We appreciated slices of fresh bread and eggs at breakfast. The polite service combined with the decent food. Walking distance to stores and a market across the street...

Not bad hotel, cheap food, tremendous staff. The breakfast had lots of food, like eggs and bread. Well appointed room with a spacious bed which I loved. There was a reasonably priced restaurant, stores and a bakery next door. Besides, the area was beautiful, next to sea life aquarium😃

Location is the best, close to Val d Europe and easy walk to Disney

Great location, helpful staff and tidy hotel. The restaurant was located within 900 feet.

We enjoyed people and amenities, the hotel had absolutely everything we needed. Really conveniently located venue. And it's not too far away from downtown.

Unfortunately, the street was noisy.

Perfect location, 15 min walk to Disneyland park and very close to Disney and train station

The location was IDEAL, with The Interpreter nearby, where we could eat. We would be happy to recommend, to anyone staying in Serris. An equipped kitchen was ok for us.
